Return Policy

Animal Equipment by Stoney LLC. is guaranteed to be free of defects, both in material and workmanship, for the lifetime of our products. The polycarbonate suspensions, polycarbonate hooks, carbon fiber shafts, fiber glass shafts, nets, grips, resold items, and protective gear can fail if not properly cared for, so we offer a 30-day guarantee on these items. Each time before use, you should check the equipment over to make sure there is no damage to it.

Customized items will be handled on an individual basis. Care and skill have been exercised during our manufacturing process. We package with care in mind. If you are not completely satisfied with our equipment, please return it for like exchange or refund.

Our equipment is designed for professional keepers. We do not condone our equipment being used by people that are unskilled or untrained to use it. All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. NO exchanges on custom made equipment.*

To request a refund or exchange, at your option, under this guarantee, contact us at stoney@aestoney.com. Total liability will not exceed the cost of the piece of equipment, since we are not responsible for the ultimate use of the product. It is the user/operator/handler of our equipments responsibility to determine the equipment supplied is suited to the purpose and use intended. We suggest the user/handler inspect their equipment prior to use.

We want you to be satisfied. If you have a compliment, suggestion, or complaint, at any time, for any reason, please let us know. We will listen and act on them whenever possible.

*NOTE: Custom made items may have a plus or minus of about 1″ in length and size.

 

Shipping

Customers can choose to have their orders shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), or Federal Express (FedEx), which offers a number of services to meet the delivery timeframe needed. Orders destined for shipment outside of the U.S. are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. Our default shipping is via UPS Ground. Our products are built to be lightweight and strong for use, this also helps with shipping. Several items we manufacture are oversized; some fees may apply when shipping, due to the carrier size limitations.

For our non-U.S. customers: We would be happy to give you a shipping price comparison in order to find you the most reasonable charges. The customer will pay all applicable document charges, duty fees, etc. We will comply with all country export and import laws and regulations. We suggest you order in larger quantities, to give you the best shipping cost per piece.

Sales Tax

Texas requires all sales to be taxed. State sales tax of 8.25% will be charged on all orders, due to new sales tax laws. Tax Exempt sales are accepted, provided we get the correct paperwork prior to shipping the product.
