Each custom item we offer is treated with individual attention and crafted with both care and expertise. We keep the highest standards in mind, both in our manufacturing process and our packaging. If our equipment doesn't fully meet your expectations, please feel free to return it for an exchange or a refund.

Our products are specifically designed for use by professional keepers. We strongly advise against their use by anyone who is not skilled or trained in handling them. Please be aware that all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do NOT offer exchanges on custom-made equipment such as nets, handles, and certain types of targets.

Remember that regular use can lead to wear and tear, which might cause damage over time. It's important to thoroughly check this equipment, as well as any other gear you use, before each use to ensure it's in safe, working condition.
